Laser Wolf is an Israeli grill, a pillar of Israeli life and known in Hebrew as a "shipudiya" or "skewer house". The kitchen is led by executive chef Andrew Henshaw, a longtime culinary collaborator with co-owners Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook. Andrew has spent many years mastering the flavors and techniques of Israeli cuisine at Zahav, most recently as Chef de Cuisine. Named after "Lazar Wolf", the butcher in the iconic Jewish musical Fiddler on the Roof, the center of Laser Wolf's universe is the charcoal grill, an ancient and pure cooking style that intensifies the flavor of its subjects.

Although not in its current form, Wm. Mulherin's Sons has been around since the 19th century. Its name remains unchanged from the family-owned whiskey distillery that once occupied the Fishtown space, but the industrial aesthetic has been morphed into an unabashedly sexy restaurant complete with dark wood, exposed brick, and gold accents. It's decidedly cool and yet, still — the food is the star of the show. The kitchen dishes out expertly charred pizzas from its wood burning oven, pastas that'll entice you to lick your plate clean, plus an array of flavorful small plates and large format dishes. To top it off: the cocktails here are expertly crafted, so be sure to try one.

La Colombe Coffee Roasters is a coffee roaster and retailer headquartered in Philadelphia. The company currently has cafés in Philadelphia, New York, Washington D.C, and elsewhere. La Colombe is representative of roasters that originated in the third wave of coffee, and was one of the early pioneers of direct trade coffee sourcing.
